If you pay Sunset for a covered repair (not regular required maintenance) , and that repair ever fails for any reason, for a long as you own the vehicle, Sunset has you covered and will repair the vehicle again at no charge ...regardless of the years and miles between the same repair.

Below are answers to some commonly asked questions about the benefits of our Repairs For Life program.
IS THE REPAIR REALLY COVERED FOR LIFE?
Yes, As long as you own your vehicle, the specific repair performed is covered for the life of the part. Including associated labor cost.
ARE ALL SERVICES AND REPAIRS COVERED?
All qualifying customer-pay repairs over $250 are covered. However, maintenance items such as oil changes, filters, wipers, trim pieces, and body shop work are not included (see dealer for details).
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF RETURNING TO THE SELLING DEALERSHIP?
If you return your vehicle to us and our dealership is still enrolled in the program, we will repair or replace the part and provide a new limited warranty on the replacement part. It's just that simple!
WHAT IF I'M OUT OF TOWN AND THE PART FAILS? WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR?
No, You may have the repair completed at another shop, and the limited warranty will cove parts, labor, taxes, and fees. If you need a copy of your contract, please call our customer support line at (800) 686-2225 for assistance.
ARE THERE ANY YEAR OR MILEAGE LIMITS?
No, there are no restrictions based on your vehicle's year or mileage. We will inform you in advance if a repair qualifies for coverage.
DOES THE WARRANTY TRANSFER IF I SELL OR TRADE MY VEHICLE?
No, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner at the time the service was completed.
This limited warranty ensures your repair is covered for as long as you own your vehicle. If a covered part fails, simply bring your vehicle back to us, and we'll take care of the repair, including labor.
