Sunset Service Centers will be remaining open with adjusted hours of Monday – Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm and will be following new guidelines for your safety. We are remaining open to ensure all essential personnel can keep their vehicles on the road and get to where they need to be. Please carefully read the new steps to getting your vehicle serviced
- Make Your Appointment online or over the phone (253) 321-5773.
- Vehicle drop off will no longer happen in the building. We have set up a key drop off station in front of the service drive. Simply drop keys off and describe the service you want while maintaining safe social distances.
- Questions about your service and updates will be done over the phone, by text or email.
- Payments will be made over the phone by Credit or Debit Card only (no cash or check handling) thus eliminating the need for physical contact.
- We ask that you alert us 5 minutes before arriving for pick up. Our advisor will meet you outside with your newly serviced and thoroughly cleaned & disinfected vehicle.
We are also working around the clock to regularly clean and disinfect high touch surfaces in in all Sunset Dealerships. For the safety of everyone, all Sunset employees are adhering to all CDC and Washington State guideless and best practices.
